SAME-DAY LOCAL DELIVERY
Instant Hair Delivery provides same-day local delivery primarily within Riverside County and surrounding eligible areas. Orders should generally be placed by 12:00 PM PT to qualify. Service is subject to the delivery address, product availability, operating conditions, and delivery capacity.
STANDARD DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Standard shipping is available throughout the United States. Orders placed by 2:00 PM PT are generally processed for shipment the same business day, subject to inventory and operating conditions. The standard delivery expectation is 1–2 business days where applicable; carrier delays and address conditions may affect arrival.
FREE DELIVERY PROMOTION
Same-Day Local Delivery and Standard 1–2 Day Domestic Shipping are free through January 1, 2028.
GUARANTEED OVERNIGHT DELIVERY
Guaranteed Overnight Delivery is a paid premium option where available and is not included in the free-delivery promotion. The applicable charge is shown at checkout.
TRACKING
Tracking information is sent when an order is dispatched or shipped. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and monitoring the tracking status.
DELAYS AND ADDRESS ISSUES
Processing and arrival estimates are not guarantees unless the customer selects a carrier-backed guaranteed service. Weekends, holidays, weather, carrier disruptions, inventory, address access, and other operating conditions may affect timing. Contact support@instanthairdelivery.com as soon as possible if the delivery address is incorrect; changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.
