IS THE HAIR VIRGIN?
Yes. It is genuine human donor hair from India and is completely unprocessed.
ARE THE CUTICLES ALIGNED?
Yes. The cuticles remain naturally aligned from root to tip.
CAN RAW INDIAN HAIR BE COLORED OR BLEACHED?
Yes. It can be professionally colored or lightened. Chemical services should be performed carefully by an experienced professional to preserve longevity.
HOW LONG DOES RAW INDIAN HAIR LAST?
Approximately 2–5+ years with proper care. Actual longevity depends on wear frequency, installation, heat, chemical services, maintenance, storage, and overall care; it is not guaranteed.
WILL EVERY BUNDLE LOOK IDENTICAL?
Natural variation is expected because this is authentic raw donor hair.
HOW MANY BUNDLES DO I NEED?
Approximately three bundles is a common recommendation for a traditional full installation. Longer lengths or greater fullness may require more.

Current standard closure dimensions are 2x6, 4x4, and 5x5, subject to product availability.
WHAT FRONTAL SIZE IS CURRENTLY OFFERED?
The current standard frontal dimension is 13x4, subject to product availability.
DO YOU OFFER I-TIPS?
Yes. Current Raw Indian Wavy I-Tip extensions are available in the I-Tips collection.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
DO YOU OFFER SAME-DAY DELIVERY?
Yes, in eligible local service areas. Orders should generally be placed by 12:00 PM PT, subject to address eligibility, inventory, and delivery capacity.
IS SAME-DAY DELIVERY GUARANTEED?
No. Eligibility and capacity must be confirmed for the delivery address.
DO YOU SHIP NATIONWIDE?
Yes. Orders placed by 2:00 PM PT are generally processed for shipment the same business day, subject to inventory and operating conditions. The standard delivery expectation is 1–2 business days where applicable.
IS SHIPPING FREE?
Same-Day Local Delivery and Standard 1–2 Day Domestic Shipping are free through January 1, 2028. Guaranteed Overnight Delivery is paid and is not included in the promotion.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Tracking information is sent when the order is dispatched or shipped. You can also use Track My Order in the site footer.
RETURNS
CAN I RETURN HAIR?
A return request must be started within 14 days after delivery. Eligible hair must remain unused, unworn, unwashed, uncolored, unaltered, and in its original condition and packaging. Contact support@instanthairdelivery.com before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns are not accepted.
DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
Direct exchanges are not offered. If a return is approved, place a separate order for the desired item.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?
Contact support@instanthairdelivery.com promptly, ideally within 24 hours, with your order number and photos so the issue can be reviewed.
